Processing/Dispatch Time
All of our products are handcrafted in small batches to ensure quality and freshness.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be processed and packed before dispatch.
While we usually have stock ready to go, some products may need to be freshly made, this extra time ensures your order is poured, blended, and packed to perfection.
During busy periods (such as restocks, sales, or market weekends), this may extend slightly.
Shipping Timeframes
All orders are shipped from Regional Victoria using Australia Post.
You can choose from:
- Standard Post: 2–8 business days
- Express Post: 1–4 business days
You’ll receive tracking details via email once your order has shipped.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays beyond our control.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
We guarantee our processing and dispatch timeframes, but once your parcel leaves our business, delivery is in the hands of Australia Post.
If your parcel hasn’t arrived 14 days past the estimated delivery date, please use the tracking number to lodge an enquiry with Australia Post.
Refunds & Returns
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, scent preference, or skin sensitivity once a product has been opened or used.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
We follow Australian Consumer Law, which means you’re entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) if an item is faulty or not as described.
Important Notes
- We recommend Express Post for faster and more reliable delivery.
- Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. We can’t refund or replace orders sent to incorrect addresses.
- Always store your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and follow the instructions on each product.
