How to use
Bath Salts
• Run a warm bath and add 3-5 scoops (approx. 30-50 g) to the water.
• Stir to dissolve. Soak, relax, and rinse skin afterwards.
• Tip: Our wooden scoop measures about 10 g per level scoop.
• Safety: External use only. Not edible. Keep away from children. May make surfaces slippery.
Room Spray
• Spray into the air away from face and furnishings.
• Start with 2-3 sprays; add more as needed.
• Ensure good ventilation. Do not spray directly on pets or people.
• Safety: Flammable. Keep away from heat/flame. Avoid eyes and skin. Keep out of reach of children.
Reed Diffuser
• Place reeds into the bottle; flip weekly for a refresh.
• Position in a safe, stable, ventilated spot away from children, pets, and direct sunlight.
• Safety: Flammable liquid. Wipe spills immediately. Protect finished surfaces. Do not ingest contents.
Q: Can I use bath salts in a foot soak instead of a full bath?
A: Absolutely! Add a scoop or two to a warm foot spa or tub and enjoy a mini at-home spa moment.
Q: Do your products make my bathroom Instagram-worthy?
A: We’d like to think so! Tag us @emrosesoapco and show us your bath or shelfie style.
Storage & care
Q: How do I store products?
A: Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Reseal pouches tightly. For diffusers, keep upright and on a protected surface.
Q: My salts clumped, are they still okay?
A: Yes. Humidity can cause natural clumping. Break apart gently and use as normal.
Q: My salts have yellowed and some crystals look whiter... Are they still okay?
A: Yes. Natural mineral salts can vary in colour from batch to batch. Yellowing may happen if fragrance or colour settles into certain grains, and some crystals may appear whiter due to humidity or moisture exposure (which can cause slight surface changes). This doesn’t affect safety or performance.
Q: Shelf life?
A: Salts are long‑lasting; we recommend using within 12 months for best scent quality. Home fragrance is best within 12 months if stored correctly.
About us & compliance
Q: Where are your products made?
A: Blended and bottled in small batches in Regional Victoria, Australia. We source salts, bases, and fragrance from trusted Australian suppliers. Some ingredients (e.g. Himalayan salt) are imported, although i purchase all of my products from reputable Australian businesses.
Q: Are you compliant and insured?
A: Yes. Bath salts are cosmetic rinse‑off products registered under AICIS requirements. Room sprays and reed diffusers are hazardous consumer chemicals and are labelled to GHS standards. We maintain product liability insurance for what we sell.
Q: What standards do you follow?
A: We follow IFRA guidance and GHS labelling for fragrance use.
